For me, books are a way to get out of the real world and step into someone elses shoes. I feel so much more accepted and loved when I'm reading a new book. I have books stuffed everywhere in my room, and am running out of room to put everything, but thats not stopping me from reading! Gushing over books is my favorite hobby, and if there were no books in this world, my life would literally be pointless. I'm trying to get my sisters to read some of my books, so wish me luck!

Have You Seen Her? - Chicki Brown

Ok I'm not even half way through this book and I think I'm in love! The only way I would put this book down is if my mom was in the hospital or to gush about it to you guys!!

Book:

Marcia has been abused for the past three years by her husband Reggie, a rich businessman who was not always addicted to cocaine. Marcia finally gets up the courage to leave and runs from her home in California and goes to a run down town in New Jersey. Using the cover of a new name Dani and a new look, she meets Taylor her sexy body guard that she can't get out of her head. They instantly feel something for each other but are too scared to admit their love for another. Between some steamy moment between the two, her 'husband' hired a private detective that has been fighting his values to track her down. Now he is in town stalking her, and nothing is creepier than an old man taking pictures of you at your bosses house with your irresistible new boy-toy.

Review:

I guess since this is my first review, it totally sucked but thats just the summary so... But this book is amazing and personally I want Reggie to die in a hole, and for Taylor to be real. Okay!? Like Dani I usually don't go for the huge, hunky, bulldozers but dang this guy is fine and I am so jealous of Dani for being able to make-out with him. Hah, I guess you know when you're a book nerd and very single when you're jealous of one of the characters! I'm really just here to gush about their relationship and my jealousy. Readers are advised to stay away if you are not used to mature books because I am sure there will be some later parts in the book...
